Dave was living in an apartment for his first time. He lost his house in the divorce. His ex-wife just would not give him any peace and quiet. Nag nag nag! So when the divorce did happen, he did not mind one bit. This meant he could finally get the peace and quiet he wanted. Or so he thought.
He started living in his apartment for about 2 months and loved it. The neighbors were quiet. However they moved out and a punk moved in. He would play his radio full blast in the mornings and throughout the entire day. Police could be seen going to the his neighbor's door constantly telling him to quiet down but never really doing anything other than that. So his neighbor continued to be loud and obnoxious.
Finally, after a long hard day at the office, Dave decided to do something about it. “If the police aren't going to actually do something about it, I will. No one in the apartment complex will blame me.” he said. So he grabbed a duffel bag full of goodies and headed out the door to his neighbor's door. He pulled out a rag and an unmarked bottle. He pours some of the liquid on the rag and XXXX on the door. He could hear footsteps coming closer. “God damned cops! Why won't they listen? I don't give a shit about these other people!” his neighbor said as he opened the door. “Yeah, what the hell do you want?”
“Hello neighbor. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind keeping it down? A lot of us fellow neighbors just wanted a little peace and quiet when we come home from work, or are trying to XXXX.” Dave asked politely.
“Dude, fuck off!” his neighbor yelled as he slammed the door.
“I thought you might say that. Cant say I didn't ask nicely.” he said and with a sigh, XXXX again.
The door swung opened and the neighbor yelled “WHAT THE FUC....” but before he could finish, Dave tackled the dude and swung the rag over his neighbor's mouth and nose, forcing him to breathe it in. With in a minute his neighbor was out like a light. Dave quickly went to work, binding his hands and arms to his sides. Then more rope attaching is ankles to his thighs. Knowing that his neighbor was not going anywhere, he walked to his neighbor's bedroom and found a dirty of sock. On the dresser was the man's wallet. Upon inspection, he found that his neighbor’s name was Tristan.
“Ok Tristan let's have some fun.” he said as he left the room and back to his well deserving victim. It was then that Tristan started waking up. Dave jumped on him and shoved the sock in Tristan's mouth. The quickly wrapped layer upon layer of clear tape over Tristan's mouth, securing the sock in place. Dave got up as Tristan began bucking wildly trying to get out.
Dave walked over to the still blasting radio and turned it down, just enough to drown out Tristan's muffled yells. “Now see how easy it is to enjoy your music and still be respectful of your neighbors?”
Tristan muffled something that sounded very iXXXXpropriate. “Now now. None of the language.” Dave said as he pulled down Tristan's shorts, revealing a very nicely shaped ass. “Hmm never been with a dude before, but there is a first time for everything. He gave Tristan some well deserved spanks. He had no attention of doing anything to Tristan in that way, but Tristan didn't know that.
Dave walked to his bag and pulled out a camera and started clicking away. “OK, here's the deal. You promise to to keep it
down, and I wont send these very revealing pictures of you to your work, your gym, and your family. And before you think that I don't know where you work, or work out, I found your paycheck stub and your membership card in your wallet. As for your family, well now that I know your name, finding you on Facebook wont be hard at all.” Dave picked up his bag and walked to the door. “Now I'm sure we have an agreement. Have fun getting out!” Dave left his neighbor's apartment.
Dave got his peace and quiet. He never hear a peep out of Tristan again.
