It had been a busy day for Derek. He had hacked into numerous computers searching for whatever he could find and gotten reams of material.

He didn’t do it for money or some cause. Derek just liked getting into people shit and causing trouble. He figured he had managed to get something when found on an unlisted server. But he would need to look it over. Probably it was someone’s illegal movie downloads.

Derek thought he heard the front door open. But that couldn’t be. His room mate would be at school all day. Derek glanced down the hall.

It wasn't’ his room mate. It was two men wearing ski masks!

Derek did as he was told, stuffing the rag into his mouth and tying the ends around the back of his head. He then pushed his chair away from his computer. While the first man kept his XXXX trained on Derek, the other quickly tied Derek’s hands behind his back. Once securely tied up, Derek was pushed to the middle of the room. One of the men then began going through Derek’s computer.

Meanwhile the XXXX man took out more rope to tie up Derek’s knees and ankles. Derek struggled weakly. Derek could only watch helplessly as his computer files were ransacked, everything copied down onto a flash drive.

“Here it is. He got everything.” the man at Derek's’ computer said. “But I don’t think he had time to break the encryption.”

“He had better not. You said putting it on that unlisted server would keep it safe.”

“Well if you don't’ want him seeing anymore, then maybe you should blind fold him. This could take a while. There’s a lot more stuff on here that we can use.”

“Mmmm!” Derek had another cloth tied over his eyes. He could still hear the tapping of keys. Damn these guys must have traced him back to his house. And now they were ransacking his computer. Beads of sweat ran down Derek's brow. He could only pray that since they so far only tied him up that meant they weren’t planning on killing him.

Derek was lifted from the chair and tape was wrapped over his already gagged mouth.
